About the service

Water is the resource a landscape depends on most — and the one most often wasted. Whether we’re installing a new system or servicing one you already have, our irrigation work is designed around two principles: every plant gets what it needs, and not a drop more.

When we design irrigation as part of a new install, the system is laid out around the planting plan from day one. Spray heads, drip zones, and pressure regulators are placed where they actually serve the plants, not on a generic grid. Controllers can be programmed for smart, weather-aware watering that adjusts to the season. And the whole system is documented so that future service is straightforward.

For properties with existing irrigation, we offer service, repair, seasonal startup and winterization, and upgrades to modern smart controllers. If you’ve inherited a system that’s never worked right, we’d be glad to walk it and tell you what it would take to make it work.
