Richter Landscape started with two passions: building and the outdoors. Since 2003, we've put those passions together for homeowners and businesses across Birmingham - designing, installing, and caring for the landscapes that frame the most important places in our clients' lives.
What we've come to learn is that the landscape itself is only half the story. The other half is the team that builds it. We've built Richter Landscape to be a place where craftsmen are developed, where commitments are kept, and where every property we touch - whether it's the home you've raised your family in or the office your customers see first - is left in a better place than we found it. That, more than any single project, is the legacy we're working on.

A landscape develops over time, so commitment isn't measured at the end of an installation - it's measured years later, when the space is still being cared for the way it was when we first walked it. We commit to the people on our team, to the clients who trust us with their property, and to the process of seeing every project through to a result we're proud to put our name on.

Leadership at Richter Landscape means developing the people on our team - professionally and personally. We've watched crew members become crew leaders, and crew leaders become directors. Some of the proudest moments come years later, when someone tells us they're a better professional because of the time they spent here.

That same standard runs through everything we touch, from a client's irrigation system to the equipment our crews show up with every morning.
